Each Associate brings skills and experience to the team.  Dale serves as our lead technician for welding and manufacturing processes.

  Dale is a highly qualified welder with years of experience in the energy production, pipe fitting and manufacturing industries.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and also a former licensed private pilot.  I-TEC depends upon Dale to come up with the answers that his life experience provides for almost every situation the projects or the facility maintenance needs demand.  He is an integral part of the everyday operation of the mission.

Dale is married to Bonnie and they have one adult child.
