Each Associate brings skills and experience to the team.  Karen takes care of receipting of donations and ministry communications.

Karen retired from The Williamsport Home (a continuing care community) in June of 2014, where she worked in the office as an administrative assistant.  After retiring, she worked at medical billing and then began volunteering with I-TEC in October of 2014.  Karen was interested in missions but wanted to be more involved in the daily operations of I-TEC’s local ministry.  She handles data entry of donations, communicates the monthly newsletters and regularly updating volunteers with needed information.  Karen’s desire for retirement was to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  By volunteering, she is able to also meet a lot of men and women who, along with her, give their time and talents to the ministry.

Karen and Mike have two adult children.
