Each Associate brings skills and experience to the team.  Trey helps in the areas of Manager-Operations, Medium Voltage Team Lead & Design.

Trey and Johnna Harper have been in the ministry since the spring of 2012. They were the senior pastors of the Skiatook Christian Church in Oklahoma until joining I-TEC in 2023. They have been married since January 2004. They have 4 children, Nate, Kadence, Kambri, and Liberty. Johnna taught in the public school system for 13 years. Trey is a Marine veteran and served as the Public Works Director for the City of Skiatook. He had previously worked for 20 years as a lineman and electric superintendent for the city’s electric department.

The Harpers have a heart for missions and work diligently to bring unity to the body of Christ. Trey started volunteering with I-TEC in 2017 and began asking God for direction about joining the ministry in a full-time capacity. In June 2023, their family took this step of faith and moved to Pennsylvania to work at our Montoursville facility.
